How it works
From an offer to an agreed price
Choose the maximum discount, bargaining style and number of offers. Four offers is the default; you can allow between one and ten.
Symbiotic responds
Counteroffers follow your saved rules. They cannot go below the negotiation limit.
The shopper accepts
A single-use discount code is applied on the way to checkout. The deal timer shows when it expires.
Price protection
Review the final price, including rewards
Extra action rewards can reduce an agreed price further, so they have a separate campaign limit. A minimum selling price for a product or collection can keep the final price higher.

Good to know
Does every negotiation reach the lowest price?
No. The result depends on the offers, bargaining style and settings. Your negotiation limit is a boundary, not a guaranteed final offer.
Can extra rewards go below the negotiated price?
Yes, up to the reward limit. The final product price stays at least 5% of the original price, and any higher minimum selling price still applies.
Does this require Shopify Plus?
No. Standard negotiation and cart offers work without Plus. Showing deal details inside checkout requires Shopify Plus and the Symbiotic Scale plan.
