Can shoppers claim a reward without following?
Yes. Social follow rewards rely on their word, so a confirmation is not proof of a follow. Choose a reward you are comfortable granting on that basis.
Do I need API keys for social links?
No. Basic social actions only need a link to your page. Optional verification integrations have their own setup.
Can I limit the total discount?
Yes. Set a total extra reward limit for each campaign. Review it alongside the negotiation discount before saving.
